With everything that I ordered, I should be able to mock up DLS in the next day or two. I am still going to need to find a way to mount my transmission and measure for drive shafts.
With the areo parts laid out she's looking massive.
However there is a problem...I may have to resort to a more conventional setup for DLS. She will still be a 2wd terror, but after hearing Rod Newhouse's assurance that the xo-1 diffs and drivetrain are not as weak as I thought, and Cowboy Customs' thoughts on the matter...I have to admit defeat.
The problems lie with the shock tower mount, rear a-arm placement and raising the center of mass (COM). Make no mistake though...she will NEVER be stock, she is just going to be a little more conventional than planned.
